I love Ram Dass.  I've met him a few times, way back in the late 70s. The former Dr. Richard Alpert used to tour pretty regularly, speaking at colleges and at festivals.  He is very warm, genuine and totally unpretentious.

When I was in art school, his books were a big inspiration for me and between he, Alan Watts and John C. Lilly, a whole new world opened up before my eager young mind.  It would be great fun to re-visit some of those early rap-sessions (Satsangs).  Thanx for the link!
