If you've no idea what you're doing, it would be a very good idea to restrict your first extraction to 50g in order to minimise losses in case of mishaps. 500g is way too much, especially for a first extraction by an inexperienced person.

It will depend if you do STB or A/B Tek. I use Max ion tek ( but I skip defat and salianate steps). I cover 100 G Bark in 400 ml acidified H2O. ( PH 2) . Add 600ml H2O and finally 200 ML Basefied H20 ( 200ml H20 and 50G Sodium Hydroxide. 6 pulls of 60ml NPS/pull

I also.agree to Start small and learn first. Quick and dirty STB ratio . 50G MHRB 750Ml H2O ( 15ml H2O/G MHRB) 1G MHRB/1G Sodium Hydroxide 1:1 and 1ml NPS/1 G MHRB So 50ml/pull x6 . I do my first 2 pulls 3 hours apart after Basing the soup and then pulls 3 -6 after 24 30 36 and 48 hours. Patience is key to maximize.

500 bark.
2000 ml H20
400 ml vinegar.
Cover bark with both and let sit overnight .

500 g Lye mixed in 5000ml H20
Once it's cool combine with the bark water solution .
*** WARNING**. Always add lye to water not water tonkye [to lye]. Gobakuw [?] as the reaction causes both high heat and caustic tubes [fumes]. Wear gloves and mask , do not breathe in . Maybe add 100 g Lye to each 1000ml H20. Stir till clear and let cool. Make sure to use high grade plastic or stainless steel . DO NOT use aluminum pot. I add my first pull of solvent 200-300ml about 2 hrs after combining the solutions. I stir and let resolve 4 or more times then allow it to sit overnight. I pull the solvent in the morning and add the next 200ish mls for the second pull..I stir and resolve that a few times and allow it to sit still fior a few hours but best overnight. Repeat untill depleted. Good luck

This size of reaction is heavily discouraged, by the way, and for multiple reasons.

No commercial-scaled extractions and reckless “spreading”

If and when sharing these substances, we believe that it has to be done without money or other payments involved, with a careful approach and care when facilitating the introduction and/or experience of others.

It is imperative to take care that the person ingesting has no contraindicating medical/psychological history, takes it in a proper set and setting, and correct dosage/method of ingestion. This cannot be done if the substances are spread on a large scale. We do not want to "turn on the world", those who are ready will seek it. Indiscriminate spreading of psychedelics can lead to potential serious damage to people and is a big legal liability. Big extractions (and the preparations leading to it and gathering of materials) can attract the attention of the Law.

Spreading of the message of psychedelics itself through superficial YouTube videos showing use or extractions can also cause a lot of damage to the community (as happened with salvia) and is frowned upon.
