Reed canary grass identification help please!

To be perfectly honest I dont even really want to try an extraction with it because of the potential well... other stuff to be caught in the mix. More so just curious if the road to work every day is just absolutely littered with the stuff. Any help or info appreciated. Again I dont intend to extract just educate myself. I'm fortunate enough to not need the phlaris arundinacea. Thanks!

Phragmites Australis contains DMT from time to time in its root.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine they utilize the root of Phragmites, called "Lu Gen"
Name Means:
Lu-rush/reed
Gen-root/rhizome
Concoction used to:
Clear Heat & Drain Fire
clear heat and generate fluids
clear Lung Heat
clear Stomach Heat
encourage rash to surface
clear heat and promote urination
clear heat, relieve irritability and stop vomiting[2][3]
Contraindications:

Spleen//Stomach Deficient Cold
Dosage:

5-10 qian (15-30 grams)
up to 20 qian (60 grams)
