Regarding the safety concerns of Lavandula

I looked into some articles and found that the pharmacology of lavender is quite complex. It has sedative and anxiolytic effects similar to pregabalin, can antagonize NMDA receptors, and also modulates the HPA axis.
I'm not a professional in this field, but I learned that lavender's regulation of the HPA axis may increase dopamine and norepinephrine levels. Does this imply that using lavender alongside MAOIs or amphetamine-based medications may pose hidden risks?

I don't think its dopamine and norepinephrine activity is a concern. Reading some studies about Silexan, the trade name for a drug approved in the EU consisting of lavender essential oil, they were concerned with interactions with benzodiacepines, contraceptives, and some enzymes (they didn't find any interaction). I suppose if what you mention were a concern, they would have checked for that too:
