Here's one that I've been really interested in for a while:Binding (K) constants for 4-AcO against a variety of receptors thought to be involved with psychedelic signaling (5HT: 1A, 2A-C, DA: D2, etc). I'd like to know if 4-AcO has any intrinsic activity at these receptors, beyond the possibility that it's simply deacetylated into psilocin.Should be doable if you're working in any reasonably well-equipped mol bio lab.If you've got lab rats, a drug discrimination test would also be interesting.(Do your homework on this one, this may have been done, either by Nichols or another lab, I haven't been keeping up on the relevant developments lately)Blessings~ND
