Ok Ron, I cant back up my argument with facts as i cant find the article i was referring to.(Strangely i had thought you had been the one to post it when discussing various mesc salt forms.)At least accept this tho :According to ayurvedic text, my dosha is to avoid vinegar.I am not from india but it has a large population(makes up a good percentage of the worlds population) and a fairly ancient healing system, i dont really use any western medicine at all and i dont pop some pharmaceutical tablets everytime something hurts.If we were both from india, we would be both referring to our knowledge of that healing system - for me, in those texts its stated to stay away from vinegar.To me it smells poisonous - and like i said before, its just my preference.4 out of your last 5 posts here are just arguments against what i said, not offering much else - i really dont wana start an argument man, there have been too many here lately.
