Hello Friends and Explorers of the Mystery,
I'm new to DMT Nexus and look forward to learning about the sacred use of Entheogens around the the world.
I am South American and now in Venezuela.

Personally, the experience the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge as the Sacred Psilocybin Mushroom.
From it's galactic and cosmic, alien vistas. Too multi-dimensional understanding of myself, culture, world.
I praise the Sacred Mushroom! I thank the Essence of Life for putting me in contact with this Mushroom teacher.

I would love to meet other friends who are experienced with the Mushroom teacher, and exchange knowledges.
I am very open to learning from you.
One question I would love to know for you is what Strain of cubensis has felt most spiritual, contemplative to you in its teaching?
(many claim all cubensis strains are the same, and this is not my experience)

Also I am curious about Ayahuasca in relation to the Mushroom teacher.
Ayahuasca's praises are sung all over the world.
I went to Peru to drink from a Currandero, several actually, and have nausianting experiences ... I drank many times and had nothing like the total healing and Guidance of that I experience with the Mushrooms.
Is it that some Medicines work with some people and other's don't ... ?

Another great ally is the Kambo Frog Medicine ... wow, it's fantastic. Great for my body, and do it often.

As you have found, your experience with psychedelics is unique. It can vary a little or vastly for everyone. Personally I find mushrooms to be quite similar to ayahuasca to the point where I am not sure I could even tell the difference in a blind test at this point.

I can't answer your question though, I find them all to be the same, but every trip is different, I don't feel I could put anything down to a specific strain. It would be nice to chemically analyze each strain grown in optimum conditions to prove or debunk whether different strains have different effects though.

Amigo Orion, thanks for your thoughts. Wow, interesting to hear that Mushrooms and Ayahuasca are similar for you.

I haven't tried vaporized DMT ... I have read that the onset of DMT is extremely fast, like a rocket launch ... my gut tells me this is way to fast for me.
What's it like?
 
It is a quick comeup, but it need not be like a rocket launch. If you sit peacefully with say 15mg loaded, and slowly take your hits from it, you can quite easily reach a level you are comfortable with, be it in this world or in hyperspace it's up to you. Dosage will be different for everyone of course. The best way to gauge it is by inhaling some and just waiting, take more if you want to go further and find your comfort zone, then you might just feel like you can slip into hyperspace with no worry of having a bad trip (I've never even had a bad trip from vaporized DMT), since you're already in the right mindset from starting low.

First you will notice something shifting, often a feeling of inner warmth, a welling up of energy which feels like restful sleep magnified thousandfold. The visuals combine everything I've seen from mushrooms, LSD, many other RC psychedelics, my dreams, my imagination, it's all there, and a whole lot more. It's incredible stuff. It's the king of psychedelics and when vaporized I think it's at it's clearest. I never had any messages from ayahuasca, by the time it gets visual I'm way too nauseous and confused, but with vaporized I can enter a world of infinite light whilst being completely intact. Of course I can easily have more and cease to exist for 5 minutes, if I feel so inclined :thumb_up:

It's versatile, more so than any other psychedelic in my own experience.

That is a complicated issue..it depends in part on how the ayahuasca is made. This is just my current opinion..but the effects of harmalas definatly modulate the effects of the DMT..and in the amazon it is common to use very large ammounts of vine in a brew..and while a large dose of harmalas is certainly very psychedelic and visionary, it also IMO and experience dampens the brilliance of the DMT. For this reason I often lately prefer a ROA that allows me to just use a very light dose of sublingual harmalas to synergize the DMT, but not needed to activate the DMT..like smoking or snuffing..I can get away with a brew and use like onlyh 1g of rue..but then I need to use much more admixture and still the tryptamines dont feel like they really grab on to the receptors as well.

My highest dose ayahuasca experience was basically a vine overdose..and it def ramped up the admixture many time more than I was used to..but there was little light in the peak breakthrough experience..the visions of DMT with less harmalas, and mushrooms can be for me more brilliant than in a jungle style ayahuasca brew where the tones are muted and while there is still intense visions they are of a different nature and the nausea can be so extreme that it is all you can focus on.

Sounds amazing indeed ... have never heard anyone speak to the low dosage slipstream into DMT. This I definitely want to try.

On the Sacred mushrooms, especially on the right doses (which are much lower than 5g that Terence advocates), it is clear pure teaching ... absolutely guidance ... and I am left tremendously cleansed afterwards.
Yesterday I journeyed ... right after I felt so balanced, clear headed, harmonized, rejuvenated.
Today I feel so cleansed and re-balanced at all levels.
Is vaporized DMT similar in this way?

It rarely got visual for me ... but man do i feel nauseos and confused.

Brother, I was wondering if you ever see full clear OE visuals with mushrooms. (i.e. visions)
I can discern galactic geometry and especially my dark room becoming 3 dimensional, as though I am in a 3D stellar observatory or "3D consciousness spaceship".
But the "spirits" people write about they see and interact with in Aya ... is that something you have encountered with the Sacred Mushroom?

One thing I do notice is the first half part of the Journey I Always meet the Alien or Galactic frequency.

I can now sense that I probably had 11+ vine overdoses in Peru!!! Makes sense now.
I once did try 2 g of Mimosa with 2 g of Syrian Rue ... and I had what can be called "Buddha tames the Queen Aya"
I sat in Meditation ... and it opened up to a open, clear space of consciousness. Peaceful consciousness.
But none of the Revelations and Insights of the Sacred Mushroom. Where each time it there is Revelation for me.

Do you find the same in your experiences of the Mushroom?

Curious if anyone can confirm the following: I heard it say that Cubensis mushroom strains from Mexico and South America (such as P.Cubensis Mexicana, or Mazatapec or Palenque or South American, or Hualta de Jimenez) have more spiritual teaching orientation ... ?
Does this correspond to anyone's experience?
 
I dont know about cube differences..I have only grown equadorians, golden teachers and syzygy so far..and I have not yet tested the syzygy..but the golden teachers for me were extremely potent producing visions in the dark at just under 1g only brewed into a tea.

I have eaten cubensis more times than I could ever attempt to keep track of but I never had any idea what strains I was eating until I started growing my own..

What is your favorite strain? I am going to grow some PE6 soon..never had that one either..

..and yes mushrooms for me are extremely visionary and galactic..they share that in common with DMT..I have not found ayahuasca to produce more visions or anything in tha reguard..they are somewhat different but definatly equal. DMT itself and mushrooms are more similar..if you take mushrooms with rue or vine, that also is much more like traditional ayahuasca for me..but still there is more of a mushroom vibe present. Mushrooms are less serious than DMT..in that they are funnier..which can be a good thing. For me they are just as deep as DMT though..

Mushrooms can be more pushy than DMT..which leads many people I think to actually fear mushrooms a bit more than DMT..myself included. Mushrooms are really good at making me feel like I am dying at times..but I have never taken them and not felt reborn afterwords.

..and yes I also find that mushrooms produce an amazing ammount of insight and revelation for me. I often tell people that everything I know comes from mushrooms. DMT can open up the same channels for me though..especially after vaporizing a good dose and thinking about what happened over the next day or so..a lot of downloads sorf of stream up into my consciousness afterwords for a few days.

I can't thank you enough for your comments ... i was thinking (left-brain) there must be something in Aya cause everyone is doing it ... however for me the Wisdom revealer is the Sacred Mushroom.
However, i've never had a "playful" time ... it is always intense :)

I've tried Ecuadorian ... uff intense. Strong, especially with lemon tek.
Something you said in the last thread of caapi overload, I also noticed in my journey's with the Mushroom ... that is, Medicine overload. Too much medicine produces a kind of psychic indigestion that doesn't let the thing flow smoothly.

Amazonian and Columbian ... also intense. Powerful, and opening. I went back into the womb and was reborn in my true condition. Uff fantastic.
Deep cleansing of the cultural programming also.

I am now about to start growing B+.
Will report in several weeks about the experience.

Man I am happy I found this site ... I am sticking to my Mushrooms :))

Jamie, I am very curious about the Caapi with the Mushroom.
I was about to try it but then backed out.
Can you say a little more about it ... does it still give you the Revelations of the Mushrooms?
Is it less Alien and Galactic at the beginning ?

Absolutely, I often feel born again, smiles of gratitude having just experienced such a thing, and all dosages with DMT. Brother, you'll dig it I'm sure :thumb_up:

I have had many open eyed visuals with mushrooms as well as being asleep and waking up in a place that closely resembles hyperspace. However for visuals I find that vaporized DMT once again trumps all. For me to arrive at that point with mushrooms, as with ayahuasca, I have to go through quite a rough ride. DMT just gets right to the point without making me feel dizzy or vulnerable in that way. At the moment I like to work with mushrooms at lower doses, barely visual, on long walks and such, just for an interesting altered perspective but not heavy journeying.
