Salvia: Theatre of Life, OBE and Static Man

Rising Star
Everytime I smoke salvia I spend 10 minutes getting my ass knocked all over the place and cant figure out what's really going and have no words to explain it when I get back to reality. This was a one-of-a-kind experience for me as it was as clear as day. I've always felt a presence when under the influence of salvia but there was too much happening to me at the same time to figure out what that was about.

I walked into an appartment that i used to hang out at everyday to find some people sitting around a table with a bubbly in front of them.
They offered me salvia the day before but I refused because I don't like that weird "choppy" feeling that i get with salvia.
I barely had time to get my jacket off when they pulled a thick, nasty hoot out of the bucket and passed it to me.
I sat down on a chair and inhaled deeply. I realised it was salvia as soon as it hit my lungs and all I could do was give them the finger and hold my breath as i was pulled out of my body.
I started floating in a circular motion around the table and I could see everybody laughing and I could see my own body doing some weird things, although I couldn't hear a single sound.
I looked in the direction of the tv and I saw a man climb out of it.
He put one foot through the tv onto the floor, then put his arms out and grabbed onto the tv to pull the rest of his body out.
He seemed like an older man but his entire body and face were made up of white static.
I can't remember the exact words used, but this entity, or whatever you want to call it, told me that I was one of the chosen who was going to see something.
At this point I couldn't figure out what was going on and I couldn't think of what I was doing before this happened. I didn't know who I was, or where I was.
The entity motioned towards the door to the appartment and as soon as it opened I was in sort of a roller-coaster car without the tracks.
I started flying through empty black space on a winding, invisible track.
On either side of me there were theatre screens.
The few scenes I remember seeing as I was flying by them seemed to be of my childhood.
The speed picked up and I could no longer even try to see what was on the screens.
After I was done in this strange space I felt the roller coaster slowing down and it stopped right inside of my body.
I came to and I couldn't get any words out so I just gave my friends the finger again.

***NOTE***

I do not condone tricking your friends into taking any kind of substance. Although this was a really interesting experience for me, some people might not take it as lightly as I did.

I haven't had the pleasure of experiencing dmt yet, so I asked in the chat if I could make posts about salvia and other things in the nursery. They told me that anything goes in the nursery. I'll have to wait a bit before I can experience hyperspace but that doesn't mean I have nothing to contribute here.

And yes, that was a really cunty move haha I still haven't gotten all of them back yet. I did manage to convince one of them to smoke salvia with me when they really didn't want to at first. That was another weird experience because we both smoked it at the same time and we both ended up in a weird salvia "vortex" together and didn't get to go beyond it.

But that's a post for another day...

yeah salvia takes me to hyperspace as well where I can visit other worlds/dimensions and converse with all kinds of entities, merge with strange alien devices, time travel etc..it differs from DMT..like salvia is it's own country in hyperspace..

"Salvia puts a bag on my head and pushes me in the back." I like that wording. Made me laugh. It is so true. Salvia always surprises me. I made the mistake of smoking 120mg/g extract going down the road in the passenger seat of a truck. I felt like and actually saw myself melt into the seat. I could feel the wind hit my face as we went 55 down the highway, and the windows were up, not down. I wanted to tell my friend driving to slow down, but I couldn't speak. And it only lasted for about 2 minutes. I haven't touch the 120mg/g extract in over a year. I don't regret it though. It was such an ecstatic moment, just scary, like a roller coaster ride.

I haven't played with dimitri, only toad. I found salvia to be very different from toad. I know, because I smoked salvia 2 hours after I smoked toad. The onset for both is very quick and neither last long. Both are very physical. Both are so unique, though. I've heard people compare it to many things, and it just doesn't do justice. That's true for toad and for salvia, at least for me.

I actually used that analogy two days ago at a friend's house when he was asking what some differences are that he might notice between dmt and salvia :D. I haven't tried dmt yet, but salvia is definitely a really, really weird substance.

Salvia is not my idea of a worthwhile medicine. It has a very dark character when compared to other medicines...very similar to atropine poisoning (not my idea of a good time either). I'm no chemist but does anyone know whether any of the active constituents, or analogues of the constituents, in S.divinorum are present in Datura? And are they in any way similar to atropine?

Call it a hunch but I'm curious as to whether the characteristics of a voyage are not just dependent upon the person and the environment...but also of the medicine used. And whether it is worthwhile (or not) to the community to organise a list of chemicals which are typically 'dark' in nature.

As always, I am aware that these are speculations at best, thus the request for input. Your thoughts please :)

SAS ,I can't tell about analogues of salvia , but from years of working with entheogens including a lot of salvinorin a , set and setting along with intent are the keys to the kingdom .
You can flounder around for years being tossed around every which way , kind of like free fall dreaming . But there is a much better way , you can focus your intent and travel and discover very specific information .
The vehicle you use is a matter of personal preference , just like a car or train or plane . There are many models (enthogens) to choose from ,some require more "practice" then others to prevent a nose dive .

Fair enough deweeb...I guess applying techniques used in oneironautics would be a far more worthwhile approach than merely lumping things into categories.

Different medicines affect people differently for sure. I was just curious whether the characteristics of an experience were in some fashion determined by the medicine itself and not just the traveller and the arena of experience.

Much obliged to you for your response ^^
