I don't like most specimens of peruvianus/Peruvian torch cactus.

I threw 30 of them away the other day, effectively getting rid of all my peruvianoid material.

After nearly 14 years of growing and researching these plants and doing countless comparisons I don't find peruvianus to be worth growing.

Compared to good selections it is inferior in pretty much every way I can think of, I think it is highly over-rated.
