Hello my friends, my name is Alex and just to start i think its amazing to have a whole community put together in a site like this i am very grateful to be a part of this and to read all your amazing story's.

i suppose to introduce myself a little ill start my saying I am from California so mind altering substances are quite plentiful around my parts, Except for The Spirit Molecule. I have experimented with LSD, 2CB, Shrooms, MDMA and of course the old friend cannabis, and all are amazing fun and I cherish those experiences different in there own ways but really...spiritually never answered any of my questions. I had a big religious fall out when i was younger so i guess ive always wanted to know the big question "what small part do i play in this giant universe with infinite possibility's". I wouldn't say i dont believe in a god cause i do but i dont think any of our representations of God are correct, from what ive researched The Spirit Molecule seems to be the most logical key to "what else is out there" than anything ive ever read. I also think its the only realistic way of space travel, i mean its ridiculous and impossible at this time too just get in a space ship and fly lightyears away to find alien planets and life. i think its more complex than that i think it all has to do with perception and how our brains perceive "Reality". DMT seems to Alter the way our brains perceive, for example our brains are set too channel 3 and everyone sees that, but when our brain metabolizes dmt for a short duration the channel is changed from channel 3 to channel 0, and channel zero is the dmt realm people seem to encounter...and DMT is the remote control.

but all this is speculation i have not tried DMT i suppose its not my time but i am very educated on the matter and love LOVE talking about it and thats why i figured i would join this community.

i await my time to finally meet The Spirit Molecule, i can only hope its soon.

and yeah this analogy of the brain as a 'tunning station' is interesting.. whether it holds up or not, who knows... Anyways, even after you smoked dmt or read every scientific paper or book about it, it will still be an incredible mysterious substance and experience...Final explanations are just not possible :)

Oh and yea everyone ive told about my analogy for the DMT space has loved the way i explain it. it is a very interesting thought anyway.
