I upped my dose a little this time. Just under ten mg. Not a big jump but my last was less than five mg so i expected a difference. I think i must have experienced the uneasyness that is said to go along with low doses.

I took my loong draw and got noticably thicker vapor than before. I was in my comfort zone with both set and setting. Dead silence, lights on, sitting on my couch with my friend passed out on the opposite end which gave me all the comfort of a sitter with none of the worry of being disturbed.

I exhaled and once again felt it washing over me. I quickly hit the pipe again to gather anything missed in the first hit but got little. So i sat back and tried to prepare for the next five minutes. Then i started fighting it.

I saw visuals creeping into my view and for some reason got nervous and fought them hard. Here i was able to suppress them. I heard a ringing start in my ears and fought that too for some reason, making it stop. This is just in like twenty seconds. Then i must have done some internal reasoning and calmed down.

From there i enjoyed the floor moving and breathing, along with some other light visual disturbances and some cool looking closed eye patterns that seemed dimmer than i expected, to be attributed to the low dose for sure.. As these faded and i fully relaxed, i started to feel a little disappointed of the fight that i put up. While i seemed to suppress some of the effects, the euphoria still came along like the kaboose on a short train.

Anyone have experience with fighting it? I didnt want to but was acting on instinct. Appreciate the help guys and gals!

Attempting to control your experience will lead to unpleasant results; the idea is to be liberated from the ego.
Tell yourself to relax and observe, allow the force to flow through you.
Sometimes I focus on my breathing.
Hope this helps.

This ^ once your ego is free from yourself, you only have the ability to perceive.

It's so hard to sit by and watch your ego get destroyed, subconsciously or consciously we fight it but at one point you realize it is of no use, and you are liberated from it.

Every time I fight the launch, it just makes it worse... ramping up on straight spice is probably the most intense experience I know of. You have to get used to it. I still take strain on the launch.

This is why I almost always make use of harmalas or smoke changa. Breathing and meditating also goes a long way.
