Lots of stuff you can do.
Use straight sided jars and get a scraper that fits them perfectly.
Put a little bit of naptha in the jar and warm it up and swoosh it around and pour it out to evap.
Put some bud or salvia (you'll love it) in the jar and use the plant material to scrub it out.
Save the jar and wash it out in your next extraction.
Cheers.
What if instead of using a jar to freeze precipitate, you poured the solution into a pyrex baking dish... Would this cause any problems? The added surface area might speed up the process also.
Alot of people seem to have a preference for the 150ml measuring glasses that you can find in any kitchen supply aisle. One way to get that remaining product would be to wipe it off with empty tea bags.
I guess you do not need to look further for the explanation. You naphta hold a lot of tanins or colouring substance that affected the DMT aspect. In another topic, Burnt guessed that the brown material named 'jungle spice" is mainly DMT. Probably the same as what you name 'goo' and think it's shit. But it's not, it's probably that the DMT bind with even small amount of other stuff and form that goo.
