Haoma is the appropriate term for this. It is a form of the chemicals, but not the same plants.

You will need to follow the MAOI Diet for 2 days prior.
You will need to fast for 24 hours before.

I must know that you have an intention.
I must know that you have someone to watch you who is not partaking. This has to be someone you trust. You will be more apt to listen to requests when in this state.

Seeds, you will need to take them and cover them in water. Spritz with Lemon, boil for 30 minutes. strain off the seeds.

Take no more than an equivalent of 3 grams. Any more and you will wonder if you are poisoned.. It takes 120 g to poison someone but the flushing if you are not used to it can be concerning.

From suggestions -obliguhl you can take some 30 minutes before and some with the final bark tea if done right.

You can use a small amount to test with to make sure if there are poor reactions they are manageable.

May I ask why you advise the 30 minutes delay between the rue tea and the bark tea? It works much better if you take the two together. This is also the way it is done in the Amazon. Perhaps a small sip from the rue tea some minutes before taking the combined teas wouldn't hurt, but drinking bark tea without rue tea mixed in will be less effective.

The rue seeds should be cooked three times with fresh water, just like the bark.

SWIM had poor results without waiting. Could have been that they didn't make tea and didn't crush it up the first time so they didn't get "any" effect for a long time after.

Thank you for the advice I will pass it on to them. Also they heard about lemon balm and are pointing them to the research to see if it's worth trying to them.

I've never had rue but wondered about this. Surely it takes a while for full MAO inhibition to take place given what it has to do to inhibit it? Even pharmaceutical MAOIs take at least 1-2hrs to have full effect.

In my experience, the best way to do it is to get harmala'ed first (e.g wait 30 minutes) and then take another albeit smaller harmala dose with your DMT source.
