side effects dose dependent?

Hello.

I want to try again DMT (I know I wrote that I will not take any more)

I smoked for the first time a little dose and.. I didnt feel anything. totally non.

Next time i vapo (165C) 40mg. After a few days it seems that was "very interesting Experiences"

But - however nice things are, there is always a 'but'

after 40mg i got hypertension, "clogged ears" and hit by heat shock.
these side effects are dose-dependent? or the same between 20mg/40mg/60mg ?
I dont ask about mental. only physical symptoms.

i didnt find any answer for this question, but and I dont want to try it on myself

DMT have strong side effects and it would be a shame to die at such a young age;p

That was not me imposing my will on you it was a warning learned from personal experience put in place as an atempt to help you smoothly transition into the dmt experience.

As long as your dmt is clean it should not harm you in any way. It is just extremely intense physically & mentally & breakthroughs need to be worked up to.
Take the time to prepare your set & setting correctly, start low, & trust the dmt.

It's not a race. start with 15mg & try different temperatures & work on your vaping method. 15mg can & will provide a less intense trip (less intense than 40mg but still plenty intense) if vaped correctly.

Even at sub breakthrough doses i lose 95% contact with my body & enter a dark space thay quickly fills with fractal patterns, sounds, & the feeling there is one or more others present in this space with me.
At 15mg i can usually feel my body moving, but ot feels as if it's at the center of everything i'm seeeing, melted & bineded into the fabric of it all.

Right, after.. i dont know, 10s after finish smoking (one very big pull)
..i lost in nothingness and fell asleep. after 25-30min I started to associate what is happening but still for a few momentsI couldnt separate reality from dreams. Very very very strong stuff. Its mine first phyhodelic by the way
After this something about 30min I still felt high blood pressure and clogged ears.
and hence my question, if the dose has large matters to side effect.

Sounds like you maybe blacked out. Very common with a dose that high.

Dmt is extremely potent as a first psychedellic. It's like taking your driving test for the first time in a semi :lol:
If you slow down & work at it you will be able to use it correctly & have a good experience though.

The head pressure & elevated heart rate is normal. I always come back with a racing heart.

The hypotension i'm not sure about. Do you have cardiovascular or circulatory problems or a family history of them?

It should be perfectly fine but with problems like that anything that raises heart rate or causes vasoconstriction is not reccommended.

Overall though your experience sounds typical of a 40mg experience.

& your english is not that bad actually. I understand you perfectly fine, a few minor spelling errors but you get your point across fine & use words in the right contexts, etc.

I do not have any problems with the heart, i dont use other drug, lead an active life so i think my heart is in good condition.

Overall though your experience sounds typical of a 40mg experience.

Unlike other trip i read, people meeting with strange entity, talk, seeing inexplicable things. In my case.. I was just on the ground, I walked around the house, nothing "paranormal" if I can call it that. of course excluding things like millions of colors, triangles, and for a moment before i "go".. Did you see the movie "dream house" ? there is a scene when wallpaper drops from walls.
Its seemed to something like that. The last thing I remember before "Black out" its walls fall over, and open like cardboard box. Its a very hard to explain. in my own language, language, which is much much "richer" than English, I cant describe that.

Yeah it sounds pretty much like you blacked out as things started to get deep. The room falling away is just the start & happens almost every time i smoke/vape.

With lower doses you can avoid blacking out like that & remember at least for a short period of time the rest of the trip which is where the entities & inexplicable things occur

Next time you smoke, make a nice place where you can sit or lie down. Arrange the place so that you can easily lay down the pipe (or bing) and lighter immediately after you finish smoking. When you have smoked, close your eyes and allow yourself to surrender to where the DMT takes you. It helps if the lights are dim and sound is quiet.

Walking around your room with eyes open detracts from the depth of the experience and can even make it unnecessarily confusing. It can be outright dangerous when you cannot properly discern objects around you due to the visual hallucinations and you bump into things or fall over them while still being disoriented. Be careful.

It is best to stay put and also the safest, especially if you don't have a trip sitter to watch over you.

I have to buy a tape recorder or something. eventualny use ipod but.. is kinda lame

at the end of the week i will test different dose 10/20/30 and mayby 40 one more time.
I will write down all what will remember. maybe I attempt to open new topic with all experience with this doses "from newbie to newbie"

I found this song, i think its be great for trip.

Before smoking I prepare through meditation for 1hour with .. "blade of grass" tek. i dont know how its called in english. (if someone use meditation i can describe, mine greatest tek, can help totally get lost in the subconscious)

The biggest problem is fear of the unknown with large dose, but I hope I can overcome it and everything goes well :thumb_up:
