REPORT

My friends called me while I was having dinner, asking whether I wanted to come over for another look at this interesting spice. After some convincing I decided to come on down, as they were quite insistent.
I was in a good mood, and I had a good day at work and in general so I thought it couldn't really hurt.

Getting down to business was pretty quick, and we had soon loaded a bit of ash and a good deal of DMT into the SSV wand/tube-system. I had not read any reports of anybody using the Silver Surfer here on the Nexus, so I was quite excited to see how this excellent Cannabis vaporizer would do. Upon seeing my friend juicing it to full power and testing, I realized that this thing would do the trick.

It was my turn, and I did a couple of small, and a couple of fairly big hits, trying to get used to the flow and amount that came through the tube. I laid back, closed my eyes, and on came the familiar feeling of "weirdness" that always seems to come with psychedelics. DMT pronounces it very strongly, as always, and the smooth flow of eidetic imagery swirled around behind my eyelids. Nothing much seemed to happen, but I did feel the return as unwanted.

We discussed the general experience, and how I tend to report an experience different from what I usually read. I realize that DMT is highly subjective, and hard to wrap in generalization, but I still typically have the feeling of deep, dreamless sleep without imagery, even at fairly large doses. This boggled me, and my friends, and as the evening came to an en at about 00:30, I decided to do one more go.

I sat down, took the first big hit, and held it for as long as I could. As I exhaled, I realized that I was pulled quickly to the other side, and a slight fear arose. However, I pushed on as any explorer knows he must, and I took a second large hit which I held for as long as I could. At this point I looked at my friend who was ready to take the tube once I was done, and he looked like some well meaning, colored jester. I thought that another hit would blow me up, so I laid down after that second hit. I don't know when it started, but what I remember is swirling purple patterns rolling in from the right. They seemed to curl into vague shapes, and I found myself seeing what I can only call the inside of an RV or camping wagon. This was not clearly cut or anything, but the same is best described this way. It had depth, and there was the twisted form of a lady calling me to her in there, all in purple. These shapes are much like those that you make out if you stare at a wall, or anything for a long time, and you start to discern and impose certain patterns on the existing framework of natural lines. This woman that I saw certainly had no distinct features, except for this arm reaching out to me. "Witch" was the word that struck me, but there was no negative energy or sensation of fear. Then again, why would a so-called witch have anything against me. We do share the same traditions through this ritual, after all. Now, as I tried to look and see what she was and what this purple shape really meant. It started dissolving from within. Pushing the purple apart was little black dots, wrapped in a cream white sheath that seemed to flow outwards like liquid. At this point I held the magnificence of what I saw for a moment, before I opened my eyes to the slightly glowing room "outside"

The important lesson that I learned here, was that DMT seems to give you what you need, rather than what you want. In my strange doubts previous to the experience, I couldn't help but feel disappointed that all my attempts so far had so little breakthrough-like stuff in them. The trip that followed was not beyond intense, but it certainly showed me that there is much more to come. I went home afterwards and I felt good. I had a night of strange, but nice dreams and it was a generally encouraging experience.

Thanks for reading!
