Sleep Paralysis and DMT

Rising Star
The first night (Sun), I was dreaming. It was like i was in a coffen and people (3 close friends) were having a conversation over me. I wasn't exactly able to make out what they were saying, but i knew who they were. One was my girlfriend Jen, the other 2 were very close friends.

I was transported to a different group a people, still resting not being able to contribute to the conversation being had. Then I recognized my Grandmother, whom pass away not even a year ago. After some effort I was able to finally speak and yelled to her, "hi gram" (being conscious that i was dreaming and knowing i will never see her in real life). She replied, "Goodbye AJ" which i thought was weird since i said hello. Thats when my dream spun out of control.

Everything got black and i got really sad. I then began forcing myself to wake up. I felt the bed under me, but couldn't open my eyes. I began panicking because i couldn't move my body. My girlfriend Jen was laying next to me but somehow felt far away. Finally i let out a groan. Jen awoke and said it was one of the saddest sounds she has ever heard. I then wiped tears from my eyes, we talked and went back to sleep.

Last night, i awoke to whispers. It was the bedroom fan, but i heard voices through the air and weird machine like sounds. I opened my eyes but I again I could not move a muscle. I was scared but not because of the sounds, it was because i couldn't protect Jen if there was someone in our house. I tried yelling Jens name, and shaking her to wake her, but couldn't. i thought i saw a shadow or a cape fly by. Finally after much, much effort i snaped out of paralysis. I awoke Jen and pretty much scared the crap out of her. Then LAID ON MY SIDE and when back to sleep.

Now this has happened to me twice before. Both times i was aware that i feel asleep on my back. I normally try not to fall asleep in this position but i think i may have the last 2 nights. Also i was on hydrocodone which i think can trigger strange sleeping behavior.

I spent all day researching sleep paralysis (never knew is was so common) and that was with out a doubt what has been happening. I believe that i was still half in a dream both times i woke up, and that is what caused my hallucinations. The thing thats really scary is knowing where you are, knowing that the voices you are hearing are part of your subconscious, and not being able to move or breath. Its the strangest most freighting thing. You can feel yourself bouncing in and out of reality.

Here is were the DMT part comes in...

A few nights ago i was at a music festival and blasted myself into the nebulas. I busted through the weaving pattern door (where i believe the meaning of everything exists) and was gone. I do not know where i went i just knew i could have been there for an eternity. It was the furthest i have ever traveled.

Since i was at a feastival partying since Thursday, it could have been what triggered my sleep paralysis sun and mon. Maybe i just didnt get enough rest and my sleep patterens were all botched. Or, is it possible that someone or something decided to follow my light when i was on neptune? DMT is released in dreams, maybe this "Being" can connect to me through that molecule. I dont know if what i felt during my paralysis was evil or good, but i felt a presence. If this happens to me tonight should i try to project out of my body? should i stop trying to fight it?

I dont know what to do, but whats for certain is i think im going to take a break from sleeping on my back for a while.

Thanks for reading.
