Smoking DMT - Clinically Induced Vomiting

Okay, so I haven't been active on here for a few years but I need to share this with you all and hopefully hear some sort of idea or thought regarding what's going on when I smoke DMT.

This started some years back actually after a few experiences with DMT and has continued ever since.

This is going to sound very wild but please read and listen with an open mind... I have been perplexed by this for years and still am to this day...

I will be explaining it in great detail, FYI..

After exhaling, things take their natural course, things get beautiful and psychedelic.. but then I get this unreal feeling that something inside of me is inducing a vomit response, not me.. and the vomit is not acidic at all and is thick and crystal clear with air bubbles and small light tan irregular "globs" in it.... It does not come from my stomach and feels like it comes from somewhere else entirely. I can feel something inside my body move up towards my neck and my throat becomes very widened before the vomit exudes from somewhere I can't explain... But not from my stomach. I also noticed small bits of material accumulate in my mouth, kinda like hairy saliva..

These very violent heaves feel extremely cleansing and I am always accompanied by one entity that sits there with me during it.. but others are around observing and feels extremely clinical like they are monitoring or doing something with me.

During the vomiting, I feel warm and loved and cared for even if it is an uncomfortable process to go through. And once the vomiting is finished, I feel as though they want me to take care of myself and remain calm and cozy... I sit, still feeling the effects confused once again.

So... Very strange I know.. there is almost nobody toy all to this about expect this community.

I am not even sure if I am expecting any specific response from anyone but I have lived with this unreal scenario for years and have so many questions that aren't easily answered, of not impossible.

I have never vomited during any psychedelic experience, but oddly enough... I think I understand. Sometimes I feel that I stand at a crossroads of sorts. I have mild nausea, but I can choose to give in to that feeling or not. Sometimes, I toy with the idea, and my body just knows what to do. I begin to contract in that snake-like way, and feel like there is some *thing* inside me which I could eject with great ease in that moment. The action feels like it would just be "right" although for some reason I've always chosen not to purge. I haven't ever given it much thought, but it doesn't feel like I'd just be "throwing up" the contents of my stomach (ie food, stomach bile, whatever). Something more there?

Maybe I should throw up one day and get back to you

About the hairy saliva - it really hits home. I always have strange perception of how my saliva "feels" like...a strange mixture of small pieces of broken glass, mixed with hairs and nanobots. And it feels also very grainy and foamy...the structure. Its fucking strange feeling.

Your story is quite bizarre but that comes with the territory, doesn't it? You stated that an entity always accompanies you during your vomit experience. I would suggest asking that entity why you are experiencing it.

This suggestion comes from my knowledge of lucid dreaming, for what it's worth.

I have a similar thing happen with me. Usually it’s just dry heaving or the bubbly spit like vomit. It has decreased a lot in recent months, and seem to align coincidentally with my addressing issues in my life. If there is an outstanding issue that needs addressing, the vomit typically accompanies my spice trips. But lately I’ve had an incredibly happy life and the vomit has pretty much stopped when I smoalk.

And On the entity subject, there have been a few times when I felt a presence, jestery like, around me while vomiting. Once, I looked in the bucket as I was puking, and there was a grinning jester face in my puke. I just laughed.

During my step-dosing session with changa I often reach a point where nausea and vomit are quite common, especially around the level of smoking 1g of 1:1 changa... my understanding is that harmalas tend to facilitate the nausea/vomit scenario, but frankly it is the first time I heard that happening while using DMT alone - i know 5meo does that commonly.

Perhaps it would be a good idea - as previously suggested - to ask for the reason of the vomit to whoever/whatever available in hyperspace when that happens... safe and happy travels fellas!

Hi,

I don't want to sound patronising but I think you should stop your use or if you feel you have to do it ,don't do it alone.
Vomit can easily go the wrong pipe and if you loose consiousness you might never come back.... This site is promoting safety and I would not rely on medical advice or assistance of some entity

I appreciate your counter-point. The OP gave the impression this was more of a mental experience, not actual vomit. Because of that, I gave advice as though the experience were a dream. I respect the fact you veer toward safety, no one can argue with that.

I would certainly echo Blazon's advice about an assistant. I don't think I would advocate that anyone do this solo, for obvious reasons. But in your case, with this story in mind, I would definitely suggest not doing it solo. In fact I would advise you brief your assistant on your situation so they could be fully aware of a possible asphyxiation risk. And of course, abstinence would be the safest option. Too much of a good thing is not a good thing.

Update:

I was "released".

The Entity that has always been with me during these vomit sessions during experiences released me. It was always so "lab" or "doctors Office" like... And the other entities (around 4 or five) would be there also.

Well, it was explained to me that it was for observation/testing reasons... Not sure what the goal was. The Entity said that I was finished and was released from this "thing".

I broke down and cried tears of joy and relief.

No more vomiting. No more discomfort.

i am happy to hear you have been released enlightened_one. may i ask if the vomiting was physical or mental?
i have not experienced anything like this before, physical or mental, but it sounds like you might have had something to get rid of. i am glad it is over now and you can continue to take advantage of the other aspects of the experience.
