Try any pharmacy anywhere for a nasal aspirator.  The ones with the long snout are best. They will be with the children's care stuff.  Ask at the pharmacy desk if need be...they'll point you in the right direction.

A seperatory funnel will work wonderfully, but they are not cheap.
