Rising Star
This stuff is insanity, or fantasy rather. Pure magic. The following is SWIM's description of a fictional spice trip:
Gathered with two friends in my room, eager to test the spice, I decided to go first to test out the new method of smoking (closed chamber pipe filled with a combination of spice and legal herbs) to make sure it was effective. I hit the pipe, 3 times. Good hits. Then... nothing. This has happened a few times on spice, it is notoriously unreliable for me. Then... I leaned my head back a bit, and closed my eyes. Visuals appeared, almost as if I could summon them. It was like a very mellow coaxing of the mind, setting into motion extremely complex mechanical Tetris blocks from the future. I had the feeling that reality was "playing with itself," literally playing like a fun video game. I didn't see any "elves," but I definitely felt that the undertone of reality is some kind of extremely fun game, a creation, a play. I opened my eyes and looked at my hand. It had the normal (for me) spice-funky look to it, kind of reptilian, and Alex Grey like at the same time. Then as I watched it, my hand puffed up like a cartoon glove. I looked at my friends who were sitting next to me and they gradually transformed into goblins, or gnomes. That is the only way I can describe it. They still looked like themselves, but they were goblin versions of themselves, like something out of Lord of the Rings. This was as real (or surreal) as me looking at this screen right now. Suffice it to say, I never in my wildest dreams imagined to see something like this. Trippy light tunnels, yes, infinitely morphing holograms, yes. But my friends turning into gnomes in front of my very eyes... never imagined.
I found this very funny though, and I could hardly even look at them, it was so strange a sight. It was almost as if I had to avert my eyes because I couldn't believe what I was seeing.
I just looked at the other two, and around the room, and everything in the room shifted shape and become magical. No other way to describe it. Even the way things lined up in my field of vision, it was like some expert cinematographer made everything line up with sacred geometry. The thought occurred to me that I had entered the world of Dungeons and Dragons. I found a portal into the faerie realm. It was that strange.
I couldn't say anything, I couldn't communicate I was so wrapped up in the bizarreness of it, but I looked at my friends with this demented glee in my eye, and one of them said, "I can feel something... I can definitely feel something. I didn't even hit it the pipe yet. But there's like this energy in the room." I looked over to my left and noticed that my friend had lit a candle, the candle flame was shooting up, flickering and flaming much more than I've EVER seen it do.
...Fucking eerie.
This shit is not a drug... this shit is MAGIC. I still cannot believe this happened. And I almost feel kind of silly telling anyone else about it, as if they won't believe me.
