hi there i am a noobie to mushroom cultivation and now swims has a spore print how many jars can one inoculate with one spore print using the pf tek ???

Depends on the size. But you can make at least several syringes...each can innoculate 3-4 250ml jars.
Depending on how dark it is, or how big it is, like oblig said is what governs how much spore solution you can make.
a print 1.5 inches wide, fairly dark, can make 2 10ml spore syringes.
Be very very very careful with sterility while making syringes! I can not emphasize this enough. It's too easy to screw the pooch that early on.

As a suggestion. If you're looking to get the most out of a single spore print, I would suggest a "Liquid Culture". If you're not familiar with a LC, there's a thread on here discussing it, or you can find info at the shroomery, etc. But, if you can get a nice sterile LC (or even two) from that print, you'll have more healthy mycelium solution than you know what to do with. Basically and endless supply really (considering you keep the process going).
You can use a liquid culture with the PF tek too if you wish, it's just a few additional steps to create a LC to inject into your substrate, as opposed to spores.

You can potentially make an unlimted amount of jars with that spore print.
Way 1) Make 2-4 syringes out of your print. Innoculate PC'd popcorn jars (5-10 per syringe). Once fully colonized take 2-3 jars and transfer a 1/4cup of colonized kernals into new PC'd jars. You can do this many times over.
Way 2) Liquid Culture. Get karo syrup, light. 1/4teaspoon OR LESS per 100ml water. Do not add more than 1/4teaspoon per 100mL or it will not work. Make 3-4 of these. Mix well, put into a 1/2pint mason jar. Get a FedEx envelope that is made of tyvek (plastic/fabric stuff). Cut out a ring of tyvek and use that as a lid. Screw it on with the lid top. Cover that with foil. PC for 15-20minutes at 15psi.
Wait until cool and innoculate with 1cc spore juice.
From this you can colonize a ton of jars that will colonized 2x quicker

So you could in theory do this Grain to Grain (G2G) for as long as you liked/needed?

I guess the best thing to do for one small print is both techniques. Make up a syringe or two. Use those to 'noc up' some jars for G2G, and also use them to 'noc up' an LC.
That way you have some jars to use right away, and an LC ready for later on.
Which makes me wonder, how long are Liquid cultures viable for? Do they last long?

here is an idea..
if you have a pressure cooker, get a half pint jar and fill it about 1/4 the way full of wild bird seed or rye berries or whatever you want to use. pressure cook that for 90 mins at 15 psi, then when its done and cool open the jar and scrap in a little bit of spores off of your print. place the top back on the jar and let that colonize till its done.
then you can fill a syringe with some clean distilled water and shoot it into your jar and shack the crap out of it. suck that milky grey looking water back up into your syringe. grain liquid culture baby!
my buddy has had quart jars of wild bird seed colonize to 100 percent in just a week n a half.
GLC FTW!
oh yea and grain LC's are good to store in your fridge for months and they will still be good to use. my buddy made 3 full syringes with just 1 half pint 1/4 the way full of bird seed.
