STB Xylene to Salt parcipitate possible?

Hello there,

I have done a STB extraction on ~150 Grams of MHRB powder with Xylene.

I have had the extraction going on for about a month at least, and have finally taken the first Xylene pull out.

My question is, is it possible to somehow salt the freebase DMT? (possibly into Fumarate or another Salt that is not soluble in Xylene)

If so how?

Is my only option to evapourate the Xylene?

You just linked me to a whole bunch of information, that's not of much use to me or anyone reading this really. Ive already taken a bit of a look through that information and didn't find anything.

I don't mean to be lazy but could you quote it if you found the information in a simple quote that would answer my question because I couldn't find one.

I forgot to add, the basifying agent I used was NaOH

The reason I am asking is that all the extractions I read said to use either calcium hydroxide or sodium carbonate.

DMT freebase dissolved in Xylene is the end result obviously. but can this be salted anyway?

Sure, just extract fb with xylene. seperate from soup, salt it, and take off the xylene.

Are you referring to FASA though?

Would there be anyway to make an Acetate salt with Vinegar possibly? Ill probably do it with Fumaric acid anyway but im jw

Yeah vinegars fine. Unstable and messy I believe but it works. Best done with fumaric.

You don't mean to be lazy but if you can't spent half n an hour of reading you are.(the answer is on the first page of the second link)

Also use the search function and read up in the wiki it"s all there.
