Hello Everyone,

I just want to start off by expressing my gratitude to everyone one who contributes on this forum. I've been a member here for almost a year, and the amount of information I've come across is astonishing! I regret that it has taken me this long to step forth and become a voice here. My life has been an interesting one thus far, and I have no regrets. I've always pushed to be the best person I can possibly be, and along the way...have had some of the most amazing experiences this world has to offer. And then I found you guys. I've always viewed myself as very open-minded, tolerant, curious, and willing. But, after finding this place, I realize I know very little. I'm looking to expand my mind even further, posing deeper questions than I ever have in the past. I'm very excited to learn from everyone here. Most of all I'm looking forward to talking with like minded individuals . I come from an area lacking a community such as this one and I feel like the new kid in town, So I apologize in advance if I ask "dumb questions" or seem to disappear into the background, soaking up everything I can before I really start posting. For now, I'll continue to dive deep into the forum and become more educated. Thank you all for this opportunity and I look forward to the future! Take care, Everyone!

Questions are not dumb, as long as you've made an honest attempt to research answers for yourself. At least that's the strong philosophy here. Also, the chat can be a decent resource for quick answers to questions as they come up.

I really think, based on what you shared with us in your essay, that you are the kind of person who will do very well here at Nexus. So, please, don't be shy. Please do post and comment on posts. Give us an even better sense of who you are. Then promotion voting can start. :D.

It sounds like you already have a great plan and know what to do. You are already looking around, researching, etc. I hope you continue to enjoy that process and do look forward to seeing posts from you.
