Storing active Acacia leafs??

SWIM has found an Acacia Nilotica and is planning to gather some leafs before they turn yellow and fall. SWIM has heard the leafs are most potent this time of the year.

But SWIM doesn't want to do an extraction on them right now, How can she store the leafs without losing the magic?
