Migrated topic.

Swim went for a a sub break 25mg caapi changa.

Caapi has an alomost sweet taste.

It starts quiet slow, no big rush. Is it always like this?

A possible person there in a white coat tryin to stand at the prehipials of vision possible with a sort of clip board.
An being shown this grey line.

There was the mosiaic of colour patterns, revoloving in and out of each other like before.

But it basically came to be like a grey room with some industrial light above it. Like an interview for a job.

Colours how ever were much less intense, it was not as radical as spice on its own or with mint. Will colours become more intense with higher doeses?

Thanks Again all.

It's a smooth smoke hey.

I find that with the caapi the colors aren't as shiny as with pure spice. More of an earthly feel to it, alot of green, brown, red and yellow.

It's never an exposion of colors for me, very gentle.

yes yes, finally got some caapi leafs, today will be my first go as well....
I have heard the actuall vine lights up pretty well if pulverised and is stronger...can anyone back this up?

I find I need higher doses on changa generally. 100mg+. Had a sub-breakthrough this afternoon on Electric Sheep, and these are always strange. When I don't breakthrough, I'm not quite sure what to do with myself. It can be very introspective, big body high, heacy visuals, and even quite physical ... but I just don't know what to do with myself. Larger doses, this simply is not an issue; it is immersive, and there is no me to know what to do with whatever a 'myself' is.

I am confused. What do you mean by caapi ? Banisteriopsis caapi ?
If it is Banisteriopsis caapi, are you using it by its self ?
I am confused because the Banisteriopsis caapi vine does not contain the DMT.

You only need to use the Banisteriopsis caapi (or another MAOI) when ingesting DMT containing plants by mouth.

Quote form erowid

"Ayahuasca is a powerfully psychedelic South American brew traditionally made from the B. caapi vine and admixtures such as P. viridis (and/or other DMT-containing plants). One of its primary effects is considered to be the vomiting (the purge) that accompanies the experience. The term ayahuasca is sometimes loosely used to mean any combination of an MAOI with DMT."

Some of us make 10x tincture extracts with b. caapi and evaporate them onto herbs with spice @ a 1:1 ratio. See: Changa

B. caapi is also an entheogen on it's own, no light needed.

Ahh thanks for the tip. I did a search on changa , Sounds interesting. I don't think I would like to mess with MAOIs though. They can react with some foods and medications in a dangerous way.

This is a total lie and misconception many people have.
This was spread by someone in a book, I forget who, Dorge knows,
but it spread like wildfire
and we at the nexus have proved otherwise!

Harmalas are perfectly safe!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are scientifically proven to produce more receptor sites for seratnonin to bind to!

I have smoked changa after eating everything from bread, to sushi, to LSD, to nothing
and the effects have been nothing short of divine, profound, and physically recalibrating.

Don't believe the rumors, caapi is perfectly safe.

JUST DON'T MIX WITH SSRI ANTI DEPRESSANTS OR ANY PHARMACEUTICALS!!!!!!!!

I drink or smoke caapi and then eat cheese quite often and I'm pretty much almost normal still.

Pokey the Cheese Eater

Thats good news! I am here to learn.

Maybe I will try some DMT Tea. I can tolerate the puking as I have had enough practice at it.

Thanks for the info.

I do like my cheese !

Ayahuasca is highly recommended!
Some of us on the nexus consider changa to be the evolution of ayahuasca. It's my preferred method of space travel. Especially burning some after drinking a nice tasty unreduced caapi tea.
Any questions you have, do not hesitate to ask!

I will be odering some cappi/chacruna when I get paid, from all the reading over the past few months (here and in books) I have decided to start with Aya and then move on to DMT. It just sounds like more of a healing experience, and no extractions to worry about...to be honest DMT still scares me a bit, even though I know it shouldnt. I guess I just feel more comfortable with the brew.

I find the opposite to be true. But I do prefer the longer experience, mainly because it's longer :)

Ayahuasca Question. This might be stupid question.

Are there recipies on this forum for Ayahuasca ?

Im looking for the easest method that takes the least amount of materials.

Biggest bang for the bucks, as it were.

Simmer caapi 3 times for a little less than 2 hours each simmer. This can be adjusted to your schedule. Make sure not to boil it too high, or to let the water get too low. Use fresh water each time.
Next, reduce caapi down for a while until the water is low, watching constantly.
Next, about half an hour before completion, add your chaliponga, chacruna, or mimosa.

For dosages, check other reports to see what you would like, here are some basics:

Caapi can be anywhere from 25-50 grams. Some vine is weak, and you even need 100!
Chaliponga is good around 5-7 grams usually.
Chacruna is usually good around 25 grams.
And mimosa is good around 1-5 grams.

You don't need to add any acid to your brew.
Cook down and filter so that 1 dose is equivalent to 50ml, like a shot but a little bigger.

I usually always brew more than 1 dose in case I purge too quickly. It's nice to keep sipping aya throughout the night until I pass out in a dreamy temple bliss!
I would advise you to read many reports to see what people are using for their dosages.
Bear in mind, alkaloid content is variable! Know your plants ! 😉
and p.s. this is just how I do it ! :]
