Sweet acacia harvesting and extraction

I’m wondering about harvesting of acacia farnesiana...should one use leaves and stems and flowers or is root bark the only part of plant with high amounts of dmt. Wiki page is unclear on which part of plant is best to use for a/b extraction. I tried to use fresh branches with leaves and flowers with a simple tek of lye and naptha...with zero results. Does plant material need to be dried and is rootbark the only source of large anounts of dmt for extraction.....i will post pictures of plant and would love any help with any harvesting techniques to keep plant sustainable for repeat harvests.... if this plant is not suitable i will find other acacias to post info about.:) :)

Also if there is a better tek might one be able to point me to it.....

I did another extract from same plant...first time no sign of alkaloids...this time plant was not flowering and was alot more brittle...i got some bright orange alkaloids and enough to try and smoke for effects...i will leave trip report on here after i smoke it...here is a pic to see the extract....

al2o3 chemical name

You could harvest a fairly mature branch. Idk much about the alkaloid content exactly, but that’s one way to obtain material to experiment with in a sustainable way.

Btw, did you use leaves and small branches again the second time?

I used twigs and leaves....no flowers because they were not on the bush.....i also scraped some bottom bark closest to the ground...have not hit it yet still awaiting full evap....heres a picture of it 24 hrs of evaporation.....this is the first extraction ive ever done that came back so colourful...has anyone ever smoked some dmt this bright orange????

I haven’t smoked much crystallized dmt, goo and changa only. I’m grateful you created this thread and shared your work with us. I could sense from the tea I made with Sweet Acacia that it’s powerful healing medicine, yet there was still some doubt in my psyche about what I sense and have experienced drinking the tea, as I didn’t take harmalas with it. Seeing the pics you posted and reading what you’ve written has strengthened my desire to learn more with Sweet Acacia.

Ok so i havent tried sample yet but looks good ...i am trying the sample tonight and since it looks like its gonna be goid i trimmed the plant i got the healing chemical from...heres more pics and i will have report im hoping tonight....

Sadly me and 2 others tried the extract and had zero pyschadelic effects...rather sad it looked like it was going to be potent but alas there were no effects....back to the drawing boards...so far sweet acacia (farnesia) was zero pyschadelic effects and golden wattle was the same...no pyschoactive chemicals...:? :? :( :(
