Hello everyone. I've been getting the calling of this herb for a quite long time now and i want you to share your knowledge with me about how to consume, any recipes, or any other methods of usage of Syrian Rue. Your response matters.

Part of the culture here though is to encourage self education. Searching the forum will yield lots of results of the kind you seek. ( pro tip- entering your query into the googler with +dmtnexus may work a little better than the sites search function)

Once you have some of the info you are looking for and have been able to go over it, i have little doubt that experienced people here will support you by answering any direct questions you have about the process you’ve chosen. As it stands i wouldn’t want to expand energy sourcing data for you that you would be better served by finding yourself.

Last time I just measured 5 grams of Syrian rue into a teapot. Boiled for 10 minutes. Filtered and drank. Tasted terrible, but manageable and was very active when I added 1 g of mimosa hostilis root bark later.

You can roast the seeds for a gentler taste, but it's effects will change.
