So I've been following the wiki and forums of the nexus for quite some time now but only recently did I bother registering an account and only more recently (like now) am I finally feeling chatty...
Mostly what I wanted to say is "Thank You" to all of the intrepid travelers that came before me. I've spent many hours engrossed in reading about extractions, methods of administration, why I might want to use particular solvents, what plant materials to try, etc...
I'm a rather scientifically and technically inclined individual but I'm by no means a proper chemist and the teks provided here have allowed me to extract my own DMT from the source of my choice thus allowing more subsistence on my spiritual journey.
As an added benefit, now I know where my "tools" came from and how they were made! I can't say the same for *any* LSD I've ever used (which is a not insignificant amount). It's always been good, but I still don't know anything about where it came from or to what standards it was created and for some people that's a big deal. The older I get, the more concerned I become on this front so I really appreciate being able to create my own tools to my standards.
Without the work that's been done here (and elsewhere by many others that has found its way here), I could have spent a decade trying to figure this stuff out but thanks to the nexus, I didn't have to do that (nor did I have to go back to school for a chemistry degree!). For that, I simply wish to say:
Thank you all for this wonderful resource!
I hope one day I can pay it forward and contribute back to the community but at the moment, you guys know everything I know on the subject.
