Following suit with the recent emergence of threads centered of specific types of music, I had to create one for probably my favorite musical instrument - the handpan. And what better way to open that than sharing this gorgeous freestyle set by Malte Marten and Julia (changeofcolours):
It's a dream of mine to get my hands on an Ayasa F# Low Pigmy one day, the sound of that thing is beyond beautiful. I intend to also share my own handpan sessions in here in the future when I'm properly equipped to record them. For now, I'll have to stick to enjoying other people's recordings.
Also, this music is so, so, so nice for when you're having a rather difficult time during a journey. It's very natural, grounding and resonates with the soul in a way that will bring you back to a safe place where you can work through what's troubling you.
