We propably all know, that the tryptamine ecstasy can be a very sensual pleasure. Swim finds it to be different to that of orgasmic feelings in a sexual sense, but at the same time very similiar. SWIM has never had this "altered" sensuality of sex from dmt. But SWIM gets almost always very "excited" on small and medium doses of mushrooms; he feels he can shag anything around, yet he never bothered doing so (or masturbating) however. He never tried watching porno while on tryptamines either.

He also knows one girl that gets multiple orgasms when on mushrooms, it may sound funny or nice but it is annoying (just to quote her). She doesn't have PSAS (persistent sexual arousal syndrome). But there are medical cases of people who get PSAS from antidepressants, e.g. SSRIs which may point to some link between tryptamines and sexual arousal.
