So... I FINALLY got to try this incredible thing.
It was one of the most vivid and incredible experiences in my life.
Me and a close friend, at a VERY late (early?) hour, decide it's time to try, finally, to get a glimpse of the outer worlds. After discussing it and theorizing and researching and discussing some more, for months, there we were and I decide to go first.
The amount was unknown, eyeballed (I know...), but definately more than the normal amount of DMT crystal for a dose. It was only the solidified whitish yellow substance left over after removing the crystals from my second batch to be recrystallized. Im not quite sure what to refer to it as... but it had a very strong exotic spice aroma... like a deep earthy pollen? My friend described it as antiseptic smelling (I suppose it's different for everybody, such an alien scent..).
I loaded up a small bong with some dried mint and parsley and a little corriander (that stuff smokes nicely!) and about 2 match heads worth of the substance sandwiched between (please don't type-slap me, I do have some mg scales arriving soon), and put the famous youtube song 'dreamscape' (long edit) on the ipod, connected to my speakers. I lay back on the couch, spark the flame, and take two good lungs of the vapor.
I waited.
Nothing.
Then....
The carpet, an ordinary plain hard-wearing carpet, began to shift. Green hues came into the browns, little white tendrils rose from the places between the stitches, flowing together in cirles, like flowers. There came a depth, about 3 inches thick, to whole jungle of life beneath my feet. I couldn't even think of what to say but an unintelligent "what the f*ck!?". The walls began to have kaleidoscopic patterns, muted yellows and purples, It was all very real, tangible. I could have stared at that carpet forever...
Then I closed my eyes.
What I saw was just so incredible. I could actually see in three perspectives at once. Our vision sees depth and scope, but i could see 3 sets of depth and scope. One in the middle, two to the side, and they where tunnels made of twisted light, impossibly complex, kaleidoscopic, all the colours of the rainbow, neon, shifting, changing hue, blending. It was a SOLID MASS that that had a fixed position in space. In awe, I could hear myself giggling like a child.
My friend also partook of some spice, and I beleive he may be very sensitive to entheogens, from past experience. He seemed utterly lost. He said nothing, but when he came to, he could barely even speak. When he did find words he told of lions, purple criss-crossing beams, me disapperaing and re-appearing....
Later we both had some at the same time, trusting eachother from earlier, that neither of us would do anything silly, nor would we be capable of. I took all the base cushions from the couch and chair, lay them on the floor, put a song on by Tryad (a soft slow one, i forget the name), and we both entered into it again.
This time was even more insane that the last, I saw faces, something, a presence of dark in the light, welcomed me, almost as if opening it's arms to say 'come, see, enjoy this'.
I saw faces In pillars of twisted light beams, small happy geometric faces with sleepy eyes, and of every colour, travelling down the centre of a pillar, of which there were 3 in total, as the triple vision came back. I had this feeling, in my whole body, it was absolute ecstacy, I could almost feel every nerve, I could feel energy around me, it was bliss. I turned over and saw a tunnel of light where the floor should be, I could see through my own eyelids. Through my own hands. It was just........... wow.
Has anybody else had that? Not being sure whether your eyes are open or shut?
There is a lot more that happened, I'm sure, but now it seems like some dream... a beautiful one. I think this was just an introduction for me, not sure it was a breakthrough or anywhere near the power of pure n-n-DMT, but very intense and so euphoric.
Im hooked.
