Transferring crystals stuck in jar.

Migrated topic.

Is it feasible for SWIM to use a quick evaporating solvent such as acetone to remove white crystals stuck to the bottom of a too narrow mason jar , to a shallower, easy to scrape up container?
Will acetone disolve and evaporate leaving the crystals from the MHRB much the same as before they were disolved? Or will the acetone cause an oily mess?
Or even better yet....Whats the solvent of choice for removing sticky crystals in a tall mason jar?

Thanks in advance...I hope someone helps quickly before SWIM goes on instinct.

Acetone is SWIY's better choice. Pretty much little is needed to retrieve the stuck crystals, since acetone is insanely good solvent for dmt.

Acetone evaporates pretty fast as well, and does not mess up with the spice.

Acetone evaporates faster than naphtha?

so SWIM can use acetone as NPS in STB? Pure acetone is very cheap here.

Also, what happens if SWIM use fumarate acid saturated acetone as NPS?

It does evaporate faster. However, it cannot be used for pulling spice out of aqueous solutions, like in an STB or A/B, because it is miscible in water. Simply put, it will not separate out just as naphtha or xylene, or hexane, or toluene etc do.

As far as the using FASA as the NP solvent, I do not think I understand why one would so that! FASA is used to salt spice, i.e. for making it insoluble in NP solvents.
