Twisted Limbs??

Ive experienced this many times while sitting in silence or just whenever completely relaxed

Basically, when im just relaxing and sitting down, if i focus on a limb, usually either arm or hand, i get a sensation that the limb is completely reversed and it only happens as long as im not looking...

Any reason for this? Has anyone had this happen before? ive always wondered...
