Rising Star
Last night SWIM introduced a friend to DMT, who had been reading up on the subject for quite some time and was interested to know more. SWIM went first with 30mg and all went as expected.
After six to seven minutes, the pipe was loaded up with another 30mg and his colleague tried - first hit.....second hit....nothing. After five hits, it was apparent that he wasn't inhaling properly, so he decided to end it there as he said the taste was horrible and had started to irritate his mouth.
It was a shame to let the reminiscent go to waste, so SWIM heated it up and took a toke on the vapour that had gathered since he though it wouldn't be too intense having just finished a session 10 minutes ago. How wrong he was.
BOOM!!!!!! As soon as the smoke went it, he knew it was a major hit. The effects were literally instantaneous and very scary. There were no tell-tale crackling sounds to be heard or a build up of warping visual effects or tingling feelings.
His friend was talking about something, but not quite sure what as he took the hit but the sound from his mouth sounded nothing like him. It wasn't even a voice. In fact, as the sound came from his mouth, it was echoing like a loudspeaker in a baseball stadium.
His friend was typing on a computer keyboard and the clicking sounds from him hitting the keys were echoing and flanging. And now, the whole room was wobbling out of control and objects weren't objects any more. The word "Chaos" seems very appropriate here.
There was a sudden need to lie on the floor, but it was impossible to navigate. Somehow he managed to do it but at that point he didn't know where he was or what he was doing. There was a feeling of dread and death and the thought of closing his eyes seemed unthinkable.
His body was now disintegrating in what can only be described as watching someone on Star Trek using the transporter in sub-space. In the moments that followed, SWIM cannot really explain what happened to him. The fear of dread and death had no meaning any more. He couldn't feel his body or had no idea if he was lying down or standing up or if he was dead or alive.
Gradually a sense of being returned although the world around him was still alien in nature. He lay on the floor for a good ten minutes before sitting up.
There was a warm euphoric feeling and an immense feeling of love for life and for his family. He wasn't at his home but wanted to be home. he thought about his job and things in life he wanted to do as well as the mistakes he'd made along the way. Things can be put right and it's never too late he thought.
The journey home took around an hour on the boat where he sat and thought about his experience. He's not ready to return to hyperspace just yet as the experience was unimaginably intense. It was his strongest encounter with the spice so far.
