God is neither male or female. God is God. He is lofty and high above. Like no other. When He said to Moses "I am who I am", It was because He could not point outside Himself and say "I am like Him". He is completely other. Question: What would be more like God... a bacteria or a flaming archangel? Answer: Neither, because there is none like God!

Is God a man that He should repent? God is masculine, but He's not a man.The divine nature has no body. Authority is the main characteristic of masculinity. He has likened himself to a father, but that does not mean He must be male. He created man to teach us a spiritual principle about himself. When his care is likened to a mother hen, we do not anticipate that he is a holy chicken (no blasphemy intended).
