Does any know what to upper windo w for maoi is? As in, if I redose how long will the initial dose of harmala last Or at what point should I take another dose Of harmala?

Yeah, the great thing about harmalas is that you can stack the doses.
As far as how long they last, it depends on the person, method of ingestion and the dosage. You've just got to do some experimentation and find out what works best for you. Just be smart when you re-dose and start small.
