Okay so while I've been here I've had my chance of good fortune with DMT and not-so-good fortune. Recently I purchased abunch of MHRB and used it in some extractions. My 1st batch, the crystals melted like they have multiple times before. I tried to re-freeze and all that but didn't help. I gather what I could with the naptha and collected it all for my 2nd batch.

My 2nd batch turned out near perfect. Lots of white and yellow. I didn't bother to recrystallize this time, it was just one batch. I admit, I'm still not patient and I decided to go all the way with the last few batches. So, for 3 days, 800mL is sitting in my freezer. Nothing happens. Maybe some huge condensation or some freezing but nothing really happened. If It did, it melted again :(

So, I collect the naptha, put it into the same baking pan and put it near the window. It's milky. I let it sit for 3 hours near the window with a prior-cleaned fan. After the 3 hours, I put it back in the freezer in the same pan. It's been 12 hours and no-change. I heard letting it evaporate and condense will do some real good. I worry if I should have separated the naptha into 2 bowls or if I can't expect much out of so much naptha (even after concentration) in 12 hours.

Anyone who has any advice, please let me know. I'm hoping to do a pharma this weekend so I can take my time with the experience but I'm slowly giving way to taking my time with the extraction as well if it means all for the better.
 
make sure you get all the naptha, gir's friends kitten had this issue. What he did was:

pour out naptha
put in freezer again (with no naptha), wait 20-25 minutes
take out, and pour out more naptha
set sideways, and get a fan on low. keep an eye on it.

edit: then what you want to do is scrape scrape scrape, and get em into a nice little pile (preferrably in the same dish youve been drying them in), youll get some more naptha around, and fan it again.
 
I know that trick and thank you endlessness. I believe my real problem is precipitation at the moment. There wasn't much precipitation last time & there is none at the moment now, even after I evapped. I wonder if it just needs more time :S

Yeh, evap more, and you should see the naptha start to get cloudy. If you did everything right, after you evap down to 1/2 or 1/3 of the original amount it should turn cloudy. If not, put in in the freezer for 15 minutes and look for the cloudiness to start to appear. Keep in in the freezer a few more hours and you should be good!
 
It's cloudy every time I take it out of the freezer. I decided to let it evap over the course of the day. By that time, it should be so concentrated that crystals will pop up everywhere....hopefully
