Seems odd to me, like wanting to ride a roller coaster, but not wanting it to go fast downhill. Better to just choose another ride.

This is interesting, and I will read up on it. I have had occasional anxiety issues, not over psychedelics, but life situations (don't we all?). Would GABA-B agonists like you mention reduce anxiety without intoxicating and similar effects, for job interviews, etc?John Smith said:Not all anxiety relieving molecules dull the experience. Pheibut, for example, being a GABA-B specific agonist potentiates and deepens the experience while reducing the anxiety. I cant speak for benzos since those are both GABA-A and GABA-B.
