Your ratio seems way too heavy on the VG, the spice already makes the juice quite viscous, if you put that much VG, you risk your wick not soaking up fast enough, which can cause dry hits, difficulty pulling, and damaged components, which can be toxic. My recommended ratio is at the very least 60 to 70% PG.
No need to put it on a pan, you can just fill a bowl with boiling water, put a shot glass in it, wait a few minutes that it cools down a bit, throw your juice and spice in, and stir with a toothpick until fully dissolved and uniform.
1g per ml is the way to go, you might be able to put even more, dose by how much you inhale, not by how concentrated your juice is. Lot of spice per vapor and loads of extra air is more tame on the lungs than little spice per vapor but lungs full of vapor anyways.
No flavors, as those are known to be toxic, you'll learn to love the taste of spice over time.
And use a proper vape, not a cheap pen with disposable carts, something like a Justfog Q16 is the bare minimum. The cheaper stuff is more likely to leech heavy metals and such, plus they are way underpowered, to the point where they give you no possibility of breakthrough. Even though the Q16 can definitely get you to a breakthrough, it is not designed for blinkers (which you need 2-3 of at 1g/ml concentration to breakthrough), and the coils struggle handling the load, in my experience, it at times gave me suspicious tastes, I needed to change coils a couple times per tank, and that wasted considerable amounts of spice, so I can't recommend enough something of higher power and quality, and if possible not made in China. You can go slow with a big bike, but you can't go fast with a small bike, and if you constantly push your engine to its limits, it is much more likely to break.
And please do not distribute. Tell people about it, and if they ask you about it from their own initiative, guide them through how they can make it happen on their own, but do not gift it.
