I've got Harmaline coming and want to use it in conjunction with DMT. It's my understanding that FB Harmaline is vaporizable. My question is about dosage. How much Harmaline should I vape and how long should I wait before vaporizing DMT? I will be using my Yocan Falcon with Xtal tip cold start dab rig.

Yeah, I keep finding conflicting information. One guy in another thread says 10mg vaporized Harmaline is more than enough and in this thread it says 50-100mg but only once and by someone asking a question about how long to wait after and if that dosage is correct and the post was overlooked. I'll keep looking but I've browsed 100s if not 1000s of threads and can't find the information I know I found before.

There is no definitive answer, it depends on so many factors. I maybe can offer some guidelines from my personal experience with changa (IPA dissolved harmalas/DMT dried onto mint leaves). I aim for a 50mg dose of DMT, and usually match harmalas either 1:2 or 1:1, so anything around 25-50mg should be a good starting point. You can do the DMT right afterwards, or both together if you prefer.

I roll a cigarette with a small knifetip freebase harmalas sprinkled onto tobacco before rolling up. This is smoked, then DMT is vaped.
