Vevor Homogenizer to maximize the yield of TEKs or for cold water psylocibin extraction. How can I use it?

Dear DMT Nexus community,
I own a VEVOR FSH 2A Homogenizer .

Can I use it for the extraction of psilocybin, psilocin, mescaline, DMT or for salvia extract?
If yes in which step can I use it.
I want to use only TEKs which are easy to do wiht high and clean results and with ingredients which are easy to buy.

At the moment I use the following TEKs:
For mescaline I use Cielo TEK.
For DMT I use DPTek or Cybs' Hybrid ATB 'Salt' Tek.
And for salvia extract I use PanoraMIX salvia extact.

That is quite a nice piece of kit. It looks well suited to something like rapid throughput sample preparation for potency characterisation of multiple cactus specimens, like the Van der Sypt microanalysis method.

If you really (still) are where you say (said) you are, "easily obtainable" may depend on whether you have a registered company, although a bit of ingenuity (and the Polish ) generally helps in any case.

Haveyou tried out this device with anything yet? One concern I'd have is that it may cause emulsions if used for the non-polar pulls of a normal-sized extraction.

It might be good for blending up fresh mushrooms with ethanol (although methanol would be better, which is kind of what my point about availability was hinting towards). @benzyme used a sonicator for psiloc(yb)in extraction, which bears enough similarity to your idea to be worth looking up.

In a similar vein, the homogeniser might prove useful in the preparation of culture medium broth, if you're planning to do any agar work - or maybe even liquid cultures?

As an adjunct to CIELO extraction, it would be interesting to compare yields between the usual stirred powder method, and with an approach where the cactus powder is mixed into the water by using the homogeniser as the very first step, and/or the moistened, combined cactus and lime powder could be given a quick whizz before adding EA. I do wonder how easily EA might come back out of the paste if got mixed in using this thing, so I'd suggest a range of tests where use of the homogeniser gets added at each stage, much as it's outlined above.

Hopefully it goes without saying that homogenising dry lime powder would be a bad idea with its flying dust risk, but I'v a duty to state the 'obvious' in cases of safety!

I have not used it by now.

Well, as with all things it's a matter of dosage, and the level with caffeine is quite a bit higher than the fatal dose of a good few other things. Caffeine overdose is obviously highly unpleasant - Chubbyemu on youtube has described a case where a bodybuilder mixed up caffeine with some nutritional amino acids, if you want to find out the details - so, yes, pure caffeine must absolutely be treated as a toxic substance and stored and labelled accordingly.

Nicotine vape juice is arguably more dangerous.
