Hello everyone, you can call me Dre and I'm definately glad to be on this forum. I was raised in California (Bay Area), I have a high I.Q. but I don't always know how to put it to good use, I consider myself a philosopher of sorts and I am very open minded in terms of the supernatural which kind of set me apart from my peers in The Bay growing up but it's a part of me I have always enjoyed and explored. I'm not really that into psychadellics, I smoke weed and love mali but tripping was never really my thing. I did shrooms once and mescaline once but I didn't particularly enjoy either one.
DMT has definately sparked my interest since I heard about it a few years ago though. Somehow this crackhead ended up in my California backyard when I came home one day in July of 2007. I offered him a drink and a ciggarette before I sent him on his way, after we sat down and started talking he started going off about DMT and all it's little quirks. Now, we all know that the facts about DMT can be unbelievable by themselves, let alone told to you from the rotted out mouth of a random crackhead who just happened to be in your backyard one day lol (nothing against the guy or anything, I'm sure he has his reasons and I feel for him but I know brain-damage and border-line insanity when I see it). So after he left I decided it was too much to believe but too much to not look into. What I found on the internet astounded me, I couldn't believe it was true. I had considered drugs to be superficial before, but DMT seemed different and there was science to back it up. I wanted to try it but didn't know where to find it or if I could even handle it, so I went on with my life enlightening people to the knowledge I had aquired along the way.
About 6 months ago I picked up Straussman's book from the local Borders and read through it, again amazed at every turn. I feel I've amassed a good basic understanding from the internet and Straussman's book and I definately still want to try it for certain reasons that I'm not even sure it can provide for me but I definately believe to be possible. Let's just say I have a few theories that I'll share as a full-time member.
Anyway I'm here to seek information from those of you who have a knowledge of the actual trip and what one can bring back from the other side, and to offer what knowledge I have to offer on any subjects as a way to give back to the community.
