Volcano Vape air filter

possibly a cheap replacement for ceramic mesh vapor stones?

i am not sure what the material is, or how well it would handle the flame of a torch jet; but based on this quote it seems to be made for extremely hot air and therefore perfect.

It wasn't until late 2006 that the Volcano Vaporizer Air Filter Set was added into the design of the Volcano Vaporizer. At the same time a more powerful engine was implemented to cut down on the vent balloon fill time.

anyone know what this is made of?

The air filters are made of foam and will not stand any heat.I own the volcano and have the kit,the air filter is installed in the bottom of the machine and air passes through it and is then heated for vaporization.

I actually owned my volcano for years and didnt know what those filters were for until I read your post so thanks .

Here's some actual ceramic ones: Your head shop by people like you for people like you with the best vapes, glass and CBD.

I don't know about using them as a "Replacement" (as in for putting into a GVG), because I think they're a different size. But to use in a homemade contraption like a machine they should be great.
