Hey all :) it's been a while as I had a long break from psychedelics, i always seem to come back to them at this time of year... i currently have a mushroom grow going that's set to be fruiting around Christmas, and still have some pure DMT and 10x caapi changa from a while back that i'll be looking to make use of soon.

I find that the volcano a great way to inhale DMT as the vapor is so smooth & i can take as much or as little as i like. I think that for one dose in one toke the GVG is unbeatable but for taking your time the Volcano is also great, it's nice having a bag full of vapor and easing into it, then finish the bag off and going for it...

Does anyone else use this machine for DMT? Any tips or tricks to get the most efficient use of it?
 
I've never used it for spice, but for Cannabis and other herbs there is absolutely nothing like the volcano. Worth every penny. I'd imagine for a single person though the volcano would be a bit inefficient for spice because the vapor would attach itself to the bag pretty fast, but if that's not much of a problem for someone I can see how the volcano would be good for slowly working your way into hyperspace. It would also be useful for group spice sessions as well.
 
Yeah, part of the appeal for me is the group vibe it can bring as i've really enjoyed vaping DMT at the same time as my friend, and it's so nice to feel out the dose rather than hit it all & hope for the best. I start slow and increase the pace and find its much more rewarding than a one hit wonder in my experience.

When i've used it in the past the DMT didn't attach itself to the bag in any noticeable way, the bag slightly smelt of DMT after but no re-crystallization could be seen, even leaving a bag with vapor in it over 5 or more minutes no noticeable DMT crystallized on the surface, although the vapor becomes a lot harsher!

Right now its made my GVG redundant until i feel i want a dose in one hit.
 
Damn, now you're making me wonder if I needed to get a GVG in the first place. I have a volcano, but haven't used it for DMT. I might have to get a liquid pad for it. A couple questions:

What temperature do you set it to? I've seen discussions on the volcano + DMT, but never heard what temp people use. I imagine it would be fairly low, right? My volcano is the analog one, but my understanding is that 6 = about 365 degrees F. That's the max temp I use for herb, since I read there are nasty chemicals in pot that vaporize just above that temp.

Also, I was under the impression that the DMT doesn't really 'work' unless you get it all in one shot. How long would a typical DMT volcano session last for you? Do you vape over a period of 5 minutes? Or 10? Or 1?

Dont know about how volcano works so I can not help you with that but I know my GVG :) If your volcano works for you then thats fine you dont need to invest in GVG but I wish you could try it. Its absolutely easy and flawless vaporiser. You can vaporise 30mg in one go easy.

About the time how long you smoke dmt. you dont have 5 minutes for that thats for sure :) My self if I vape 20mg in GVG I am gone within seconds. So It would be really hard for me to hit it again.

It is not true that dmt does not work if not vaporised in one go. It does work but it is important to get it into your blood asap within a minute or less. Thats why the technique is very important. if you get it all right you will be gone with gvg, volcano or bong.

GVG is best because its easy to use, you do not need that much spice as with other tools, it is much easier on you lungs and you can vaporise all in one go easy. It does cost a bit :) bit it is definitely worth it if one has funds for it.
 
20/30mg is needed? Do you guys have some breakthrough when vapourising, i've read something about gone in seconds. I never had any good effect on vapourising DMT. I need to smoke a realy high dosis DMT to get in to hyperspace, about 70/80mg. I have extracted myself on an A/B method and also the lazy one. The lazy is always the best cause of the Jungle containing, i always extract it out of MHRB. I quit smoking 5 moths ago. The problem is, my virgion longs can't take so much DMT. Now i have to find new method. My plan is to buy some vapouriser pipe to do the job. Stil looking for the right one. It needs to be a small pipe.
