Watching topics not working.

Now if I watch a topic I'm not getting any notifications by mail when new posts arrive. It has always worked but stopped working for me a few weeks ago.
Is anybody else here experiencing that problem?

Don't want to bother the traveler about it if many here have the same problem and have notified him.
