I always used pornography to "clear the pipes", so to speak. Also, I only watch erotica, so it's always informative and shows me different ways of making love. I've always had urges to stop it altogether, but that rationale that I convinced myself of keeps me from doing that.

I'll give that book a read, and maybe I'll change. I hope it does.

EDIT: I have a whole slew of thoughts on human sexuality, that ties in very well with the OP. I'll get around to organising them in a readable format.
