Wearing my hood up

I have something interesting to share. Whenever I smoke DMT with my hood up and my eyes are open, I hear LOUD banging noises that seem like they are being slammed into my head. Every time I'm about to hear it, I get the feeling that someone is sneaking up behind me. At first this scared the crap out of me, but now I kinda think it's cool. Anyone else experience anything similar??

I'm guessing that it is just the sound of your hood brushing up against your ear being amplified by the DMT.
If I have music on while taking DMT, I usually set the volume level to the point where I can't even hear it anymore. But once the first DMT effects start to rush in, the music is usually too loud, because of the auditory amplification that Tryptamines provide!
Now realize that my CD player sits across the room & you hood is less than a inch from your ear canal.
Changing the usually unnoticeable sound of the hood brushing on you ear...into a loud banging.

BTW, there is a really easy way to avoid this!!! Don't wear your hood up.....:roll:

I always travel with my hood up. It's a comfort thing. I always hear explosions when entering hyperspace. I seriously doubt it has anything to do with the hood.

Feels like neuroelectric atomic bombs with the intent to launch the soul. Whatever that means. The explosions also always occur when entering sleep paralysis.
They are so loud, and so close, that it used to make me want to jump and scream but I couldn't...because I'm then in sleep paralysis...
 
I once had a powerful banging noise inside my head. I realized it was the sound of my heart. My BP was through the roof!

Not sure if that's at all what is happening, but just a thought.

Explosions! Yes, kinda like an explosion in my skull. So does that mean I may have been close to having a "breakthrough"? Personally, the farthest I've gotten to reaching "hyperspace" is some insane CEVs accompanied by lots of "voices". If I open my eyes, it's like everything is made of stained glass, and it always seems like there is a party going on in my peripheral vision! I think I'm pretty close!

I haven't smoked any DMT in a couple months, not sure why... I think I may attempt a hyperspace mission tonight!!
