I double your age, but I liked your intro and I think that if this is you at eighteen, your twenties and thirties look very promising.

Learning to look within, or "into your head", as you say, is probably the first Big Task we have to accomplish.

And I think a lot of us, including myself, have had tame, disappointing or unpleasant experiences the first times we took a glance into psychedelics. LSA/HBWR in particular can be very interesting but it is tricky to consume properly. You will find hints and methods of preparation here if you ever want to try again.
