Hi! It's the first time I write on this forum, but I've been reading it for a while.I hope I'm writting in the right section
Thanks to the informations I found I have been able to successfully extract DMT from MHRB and have my first experience. I would have a lot of questions about but I don't want to ask already answered questions.
It's another thing I would talk about..
Since when I approached psychedelics through Mushrooms, I realized the importance of haveing a sitter you really thrust and feel confortable with.
I know there already are a lot of reccomandation about it, but that's my point:
it's always seen from the point of view of the "traveller", and since I had to tell my sitter (who had never tried DMT) what to expect, what he/she would have to worry about and what he/she wouldn't, I realised that I had never seen anybody "traveling" from outside, so I couldn't tell her really what to expect and what to consider normal or worrying and how to handle it.
So I ask to more experienced users who may also have been sitters, why not to give some advices for sitters, and maybe even create a Sitter Handbook. I think that would be very important as the sitter is who can give you the confort you need for a pleasant experience or to (try to) handle a bad trip, especially for beginners.

Thanks to everybody!

This thread has a bunch of resources toward that end.

I highly recommend the Zendo training manual, it sounds like exactly what you are looking for. The tripsit guides are pretty good quick references as well.
