What can i do with basified MHRB that Ive pulled several times?

SWIM performed Q21's A/B on 70g of MHRB. Several Naptha pulls and it sounds like most of the N,N-DMT out of it. SWIM keeps reading about jungle and jimjam. Could SWIM throw the remaining basified bark in a milk jug with some xylene and get some red stuff out of it? I've looked around but I'm still not quite sure what my options are. Will sylene melt the plastic milk jug if its MRSB(?) #2? If SWIM combines them, mixes, lets settle, draws off the xylene, evaporates, where does that leave SWIM? Worth the effort?

Hey again, just tell SWIY to pick up some xylene and plain old 5% vinegar and follow the bottom part of the tek.

The only think SWIM has found that xylene ate, and he's put it in far too many different containers while testing every little little aspect of the tek is:

*drumroll*

low quality plastic utensils. This actually ruined the whole experiment because the dmt created a compound with the dissolved polymers and wouldn't detach either with lye or 36% hcl.

If SWIY is worried about that so much then stick to HDPE 2 plastics only (most milk jugs are, check the bottom) or just use metal or glass.

OK, so SWIM apparrently put the MHRB goop in a milk jug with ~100 mL of xylene and shook the hell out of it. How does one go about separating it?

you could decant it into a slimmer container and let the layers separate(if the xylene floats, I don't remember) then just suck it out and evap.

Its still very soupy from what I'm told, and what appears as the Xylene on top is the exact same color as the chocolate cake still. Shouldnt it be a clear yellow?

Added vinegar to what SWIM presumes is the xylene. Theres now 3 layers. which is the vinegar with the alks in it?

So SWIM has a bottom layer of 'mud.' A middle layer of tan, clear liquid. A very THIN top layer of clearish white.

SWIM fears he has mucked this all up.

what you have is called an emulsion. Add more lye and/or plenty of pure salt, it should settle.. dont shake next time, stir/turn upside down/etc.
