Let's take a look at these drugs:

Harmalas

-Mostly inhibit MAO enzymes, elevating dopamine, serotonin, and epinephrine(oftentimes epinephrine to a lesser extent), etc

Citalopram

-SSRI does as SSRI does

This is instantly making your serotonin receptors NUMB.

Olanzapine

was used for schizophrenia treatment, and psychomotor schizophrenia situations

-direct serotonin 2A, 2C, 3A antagonist, serotonin 1 inhibitor

-D1-4 antagonist

-histamine H1 receptor antagonist

-alpha adrenergic receptor antagonist

-acetylcholine M1-M4 receptor antagonist

-GABA inhibitor

My thoughts: you might as well IV superglue into your brain. The dopamine antagonism will slowly make you develop ticks so get off of it. This drug seriously depresses you and seems like it could be contra indicatory to the heart failure medications, but idk. Not to mention it blocks you from experiencing psychedelics !

Entresto (Sacubitri/Valsartan)

Used to treat heart failure...

Is there a specific reason why you mention that you are on this?

Carvedilol

Used to treat chronic heart failure, hypertension, and left ventricular dysfunction*

Beta-1 adrenergic receptor antagonist

Alpha-1 adrenergic receptor antagonist

and acts on many other related receptors to lesser degrees.

Again, is there a specific reason why you are taking this? You don't want to mess with your cardiac rhythm. This drug gets right up in there into your QT interval. You want to be careful not only being on it, but also going off of it.

So, first of all I hope that if the heart meds are necessary, then you would let us know that in some way! Secondly, if you are trying out the antipsychotic (olanzapine) on dr's orders, or simply have it lying around and are curious, be careful. Chronic consumption of antipsychotics are extremely toxic to your emotions. Harmalas that you are taking are not very strong, or acute. They are chronic small doses as far as it seems. harmalas are very systemically powerful, and and affect many cognitive systems. Your brain, and body, cannot function dynamically under such a broadly inhibiting and chronically administered load. You are suppressing so so so much or your being. Regardless of what your experimental intent is, I hope this experiment comes to a close soon. You should not be having zaps at night. Those are coming from the antipsychotic for sure. Also I forgot, you are taking DMT? Are you tripping at all? xD
